The Bulkley Valley is prime mountain biking country (surrounded by mountains after all!) From gentle valley bottom trails like the town’s 13 km Perimeter Trail to steep technical riding, there is something for all skills and all ages. The Smithers Mountain Bike Association manages trail networks on Hudson Bay Mountain. Other riding options include the Babine Mountains Provincial Park and Call Lake Provincial Park.  If you just like to explore take one the many backroads in the valley and see where it leads you…

For up-to-date information on the trails, riding conditions and local events check with the local bike shops – McBike & Sport – or the Smithers Mountain Biking Association website.
